Description	A Control form was introduced to find out the profit or loss and value added of each establishment. This form was filled by the supervisor of the Statistical Office (SO) immediately after completing the interview of the establishment. If any inconsistencies were found during this phase, enumerators have to re-visit the establishment for verification.
