If quantity of any fuel is written, purchased amount must be recorded.
Divide amount of fuel purchased by the quantity to obtain the rate and check or probe whether the rate of fuel is inflated or deflated.

Definition
This is the pre-defined unit of fuels. For example, unit of firewood and coal/charcole is quintal given, liter is considered as the unit of diesel, petrol and kerosene, '000 liter is the unit for water, and electricity should be written in kwh.
