Abstract
Agricultural Marketing is an integral part of a agricultural development. Agricultural marketing requires efficiency to acquire accelerated agricultural development in the economy. Within the agricultural marketing several functions are associated to reach the products from the hands of farmers to the ultimate consumer.
Though agricultural market information system includes information on volume of product, quality, price, demographical structure, consumers' social economic condition, market institution, market infrastructure and capacity of manpower, most of concerns are on price information. So, agriculture marketing information is vital to minimize information gaps and uncertainties that exist in the agriculture sector of a developing economy. Marketing information is much needed for farmers in planning, production and marketing and equally needed by other market participants in arriving at optimal decisions. Keeping this in view, Agribusiness Promotion and Marketing Development Directorate (ABPMDD) publishes Special Issue on agricultural marketing information bulletin annually. It is a continues and ongoing activity, and this is the 24th Issue in the series.

Market share of different district in wholesale agri market: Share of Banke, Bara, Bhaktapur, Chitawan, Dhading, Dolakha, Gorkha, Jhapa, Kathmandu, Kavre, Lalitpur, Makwanpur & Morang districts in agri market according to quantities of agri commodities.

For supervision of field level data collection Department of Agriculture, Agri business Promotion Center and Marketing Development Directoriate and District Agriculture Development Office all were involved in differnt stages.
