It is the national representating  sample survey covering  16 districts of Nepal.\n\nStudy report shows that birth registration is found  76%,death registration 75%,marrige registration 75% .Similarly devorce is found 87%,where migration registration rate is found 60%.The highest birth registration is in terai districts (79%) and the lower registration rate is found in mountain districts (58%). Task of  Cluster selection is given to ennumrator. From each cluster 20 individuals are interviewed. SPVRO directly involved in this survey from the beginning to data entry  process.All together 48 social mobilizer mobilized to collect data. Before entering data   orientation  was given to SPVROs.
