Due to geographicall difficulties 1 VDC from Humla and one VDC from Taplejung are changed . Similarly,one VDCs added in Dhankuta district, MaunaBuduk VDCs because of inadaquate number of respondent .
Face-to-face [f2f]
questionnaire was prepareed in Nepali language.It was about 2 pages. The questionnaire was finalized by survey core team.
response rare was 100%.
Confidenciality of respondents is gurenteed by article 8, ststistical act 1958.
