All women aged 15 to 49 who either:
- had no live births in the last 2 years
- had live births but did not receive antenatal care
- had live births, received antenatal care, but delivery was not done by a health professional
- had live births, received antenatal care, delivery done by a health professional, but not/ not sure if they were tested for AIDS [H20 = 2, 8]
- had no live births in the last 2 years
- had live births but did not receive antenatal care
